Sweet wine of overripe grapes
Made from Pedro Ximenez sun-exposed grapes. Partially fermented to preserve the natural sugars in the grapes, and breeded in oak barrels to achieve a sensuous melding of the sugars within the wine.
Ebony-coloured, it has predominantly sweet touches of nuts and honey, with toasted tones, followed by a velvety, buttery flavour. Long finish.
It is ideal to accompany desserts and blue cheeses.
Best served between 16 º and 18 º.
Alcohol: 15%. 10% BAUME.
