First wine produced and bottled in the Aljarafe

Made from tempranillo, proceeding from the first red wine vineyard of the Aljarafe region. The situation of our vineyard allows the grapes to receive a proper amount of sunlight during the day, and the night winds from the west provide cold temperatures overnight. This alternation of temperature makes the grapes ripen slowly while maintaining a good acidity.
Cherry red colour, medium intensity. Black and red berries aroma, with some licorice. Its first taste is tanicity sweet with agitated acidity, with a final slightly bitter aftertaste.
It is excellent to be served with meat or vegetable paella, pastas with light sauces, poultry and pork, game stews, grilled tuna, cold cuts and soft cheeses.

Best served between 14 º and 16 º
Alcohol: 14% vol.
