Young white wine, cloudy, and a bastion of family tradition.
It is made from Pedro Ximenez and Garría Fina grape varieties, manually harvested. After a gentle pressing to preserve their delicacy, it ferments and slowly matures in oak casks before being bottled.
A golden yellow colour, of medium intensity, fruit-flavoured (apple and pear), its taste is fresh, balanced, oily and slightly sweet.
Perfect with seafood, fish and all kinds of sausages and dried meats.
Best served between 12 º and 14 º.
