Pedro Ximénez single-variety wine. Once fermented, it remains aging for years in casks, in order to reach its centenary finesse and elegance.
To the eye, it shows an amber hue, with trimmings of mahogany, and to the nose, its toasted touches and nuts aromas are reminiscent of fine wood. It has a tasty and very structured mouthfeel, with a very elegant dry finish.
It is ideal for stews, game and red meat, tuna and mushrooms.
Best served between 14 º and 16 º.
