First semi-dry sparkling wine of the Aljarafe region.
Prepared by the traditional method from Garria Fina grape must, it is fermented in American oak casks, and later it is bottled to undergo a foaming and aging process.
It is characterized by its pale green colour, and a bouquet with traces of fruit, lemon flowers, honey and a touch of nuts. It has a soft and velvety mouthfeel.
Excellent to accompany desserts.
Best served between 4º and 9º.
Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
